I think there were some circular dependency issues with
regards to kdelibs, kdebase-runtime, kdebase and kdepimlibs.
Could you please build/bootstrap it in the dist-f10 tag, and
hopefully, for dist-f11, koji-shadow should it do by itself.

Thanks, I'll requeue the failure, and start helping out
elsewhere.
I see that the qt build has timed out again... Looks like the updated timeout interval
hasn't taken effect.
Feel free to ping me for any other qt or kde related issues.
