I also need to apologize, as the first time I ran the script it missed the
checks on mailing lists and bugzilla activities, so it opened a lot of
unnecessary tickets...

I've reached out to them to see how they're doing. They maintain a few
neuro-sig packages that don't require a lot of work/updates, so it's
possible that they just haven't needed to do anything for them in the
last cycle but are still active.
