Meeting Agenda Item: Introduction Sriram Nyshadham
by Sriram Nyshadham
Hi Team,
My name is Sriram Nyshadham (srisri on IRC), I live in Hyderabad,India. I
have more than 12 years experience as linux admin and am currently working
as Operations lead maintaining and automating CI environment for a large
CRM company.I worked for *Redhat* for around 4 years and am sure am
familiar with some of the folks in the infrastructure community. Apart from
typical linux admin work, I have
good experience in Virtulization, container technologies like docker,
kubernetes and open shift. My recent stint was with a startup company as
Devops architect where I worked with several CI/CD tools.
I have good working experience on python as well. While I would like to
contribute to the community on any automation stuff using puppet or ansible
etc.., I would also like to improve my python skills and learn open stack
as well.
Hope I will be able to contribute to the community and learn something new
everyday as well.
Thanks,
Sriram Nyshadham

[Release] pagure: 3.9
by Pierre-Yves Chibon
Good Morning Everyone!
I just released a new version of pagure: 3.9
Here is its changelog:
* Wed Oct 11 2017 Pierre-Yves Chibon <pingou(a)pingoured.fr> - 3.9-1
- Update to 3.9
- Fix the editing issue when the user does not actually edit anything
- Fix the internal API endpoint: get branches of commit to support namespace
- Consolidate the code in our custom markdown processor (fixes linking to a
commit on a namespaced project)
- Fix deleting a project by also removing it from the gitolite config
- Warn if the user is about to just recompile the gitolite config via
pagure-admin (Patrick Uiterwijk)
- Update .git/config example in doc/usage/pull_requests.rst (sclark)
- Include the PRs opened by the user on the 'My pull-requests' page
- Add to pagure-admin the actions: get-watch and update-watch
- Add to pagure-admin the action: read-only
- Add the user's fullname (if there is one) as title when they comment
- Fix the title of the percentage when hovering over the red bar in issues
- Make the box to edit comments bigger
- Document in the usage section where to find the API documentation
- Provide the sha256 and sha512 of the releases in a CHECKSUMS file
- Remove clear buttons (Till Maas)
It's currently happily running in stg on both stg.pagure.io and
src.stg.fedoraproject.org, feel free to poke at it there and report any issue
you may see.
I'll likely push to prod tomorrow unless there is a reason not to :)
Happy hacking!

Infra tags repos moved, delay REmoved
by Patrick Uiterwijk
Hi all,
TL;DR: Infra tags moved location, no user changes needed, delay in
regenerating repos practically removed.
Just a headsup that there have been a few changes to the Infra tags,
but it should have almost no visible impact.
The background is that the Infrastructure tag repos have now moved
from their location on batcave
(https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/repo/infra/) to a location
on Koji (https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/repos-dist/).
The repositories themselves are now built and published by koji.
Right now, soon after a package gets tagged into and of the
$distro-infra of $distro-infra-stg tags, a task like this should
appear: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=22300150.
This is the repo compose by koji, which is done anytime something gets
tagged in by tag2distrepo (https://pagure.io/tag2distrepo/), runnin on
bodhi-backend02.
This results in the delay of repo generation going down from
"basically 15 minutes" to "less than 1 minute".
Regards,
Patrick

whatcanidoforfedora.org is back
by Ralph Bean
http://whatcanidoforfedora.org is back (the dns change is still propagating).
Patrick and I set up an ansibilized cronjob on sundries01 to build it
and sync it out to the proxies, similar to how our other websites are
built.
Ricky's going to proceed with looking at how to auto-build it in
os.fedoraproject.org, so the team can get more experience with
deploying applications with different update flows there.
