Can you help me out with de subject?
I set everything up, pushed the tree into the mirror manager, but our local mirror still doesn't appear in
the mirror lists. Thank you for advance.

Un exemple de démarche de management du changement RENTTECH : le lancement d’un
projet e-learning
Renttech est une grand loueur de matériel technologique pour les entreprises.
Qu’il s’agisse d’ordinateur, de tablettes, de gsm, tout ce qui est électronique
et qui peut être loué, pour des courtes ou des longues durée est du domaine de
Renttech.
La formation commerciale est un point clé de ce métier, car les acheteurs sont
des spécialistes de la technologie, et ont souvent des questions précises pour
lesquelles ils exigent des réponses claires. Ceci implique un fort budget
formation, et la direction aimerait s’orienter vers le e-learning, d’autant
plus que le marketing offre du très bon contenu multimédia qui pourrait être
utilisé comme outil pédagogique.
Pierre Gasmon est donc nommé chef de projet. Il n’a aucune expérience du
elearning, mais une forte expérience des projets.
En quelques semaines, il a compris qu’il faut acquérir un LMS (Learning
Management System) pour effectuer toute l’inscription et la gestion des cours,
a vu comment le choisir et comment y intégrer des cours. Par ailleurs, le
marketing lui a fourni de toutes ses présentations multimédia de produits
RENTTECH. Il ne reste donc plus qu’à assembler l’ensemble, et démarrer !
Du moins c’est ce que Pierre Gasmon croyait. Il avait pensé que répondre à la
demande telle qu’elle a été énoncée était suffisant.
Il était loin du compte. 3 semaines après le démarrage, seuls 5 personnes sont
restées plus de 5 minutes à consulter le site de eLearning. Et elles n’y sont
jamais retournées depuis. Bref le site est quasiment totalement inactif.
Ou Pierre Gasmon a-t-il fait une erreur ? Il a cru qu’un projet eLearning était
un projet technique. Or un projet eLearning est un projet triangulaire. C’est
certes un projet technique – il faut savoir monter une plate-forme elearning
– mais c’est aussi et surtout un projet pédagogique et un projet de
changement.
En effet, passer de la formation en salle en autoformation demande de changer
des habitudes et des comportements vis-à-vis de l’apprentissage, et vu le
nombre d’annnées que nous avons tous passés à l’école, ces habitudes peuvent
être fortement ancrées…
Sans une démarche de management du changement votre projet n’aboutira pas.
