I am confused by your answers. The entry in MirrorManager for your
mirror was created a few days ago, so I assumed it was you who created
it. I mentioned it already two times that you have to create a category
under "Categories Carried". Can you see that? You add the category
("Fedora EPEL") in your case and then you add the URLs.

Not sure what you mean. You have to add the URL yourself under
"Categories Carried". Once the URL is added and the crawler has verified
that your mirror is up to date, clients will be re-directed to your
mirror. Everything is self-service, nothing needed from my side.

You need to add a category under "Categories Carried ". In your case
that would be "Fedora EPEL" and then add all your URLs to that category.

For our mirror crawler we would prefer a RSYNC URL if that is possible.
Crawling via RSYNC is the most efficient. Especially when compared to
HTTP.
