Thanks for confirmation and re-enabling, but we aren’t able to restore access for the
MirrorManager account due to unknown email address (or it is dropping to spam or
whatsoever). If you could change that account email address to alias ftp(a)sh.cvut.cz, it
would be perfect. Pavel Dostal is also on this alias and in CC for confirmation.

If you are able to re-activate Pavel's account it should be possible for
you to add additional admins to your MirrorManager entry.

Yes that is for sure wrong. Correct https URL is
https://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/fedora-epel/ and
http+rsync respectively in same manner /fedora-epel/.
Trying to access rsync://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/fedora-epel/ fails with:
@ERROR: chroot failed
