There's no need to suggest that. If it's using the metalink, it will
automatically be directed to the archive mirrors. The problem might
be
that it's not using the metalink and has an outdated baseurl.
Didn't know it works with EOL releases, but it's good to know if I need
it in future. (generally I upgrade on time)
