[389-devel] minimal requirements to compile mozilla ldapsearch on ubuntu

I compiled 389-ds for Archlinux. Here [1] you can found my
PKGBUILD (like the spec for rpm, but more simplier) for mozldap [2].
It's a  very simple bash script.
