[389-devel] The tree is open for commits

I've tagged 389-ds-base-1.2.6.rc3 - this will hopefully be the actual 
1.2.6 release - if not, then I can always create a branch at the 
389-ds-base-1.2.6.rc3 tag.  The tree is now open
