The NSS team has been reluctant to move from CVS to hg, so the scm 
should still be cvs.  Not sure about the source tarballs though.

Looks like they just forgot to put the source tarball for the latest.  
You should post on news://news.mozilla.org/mozilla.dev.tech.crypto and 
tell them to post the source tarball.
