[389-users] Migration Issues With Admin Server LDIF Import

The FQDN look the fine to me. I tried to be very careful about this
pitfall.
NEW server:
# hostname --fqdn
ldap.mcs.local
OLD server:
#hostname --fqdn
ldap.mcs.local
