</div>It's an internal tracking bug. It's how we target bugs for a particular<br>
release. If it's blocked that means it is an internal Red Hat tracker.<br>

</div>Blocks means either that the bug really does "block" or prevent testing<br>
or solving the bug that it blocks, or it means it is a tracking bug.<br>
