I have successfully implemented each and every steps without any error. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Problem occurred when I was trying to add the Windows machine into the samba domain. Windows client was added into the domain successfully but my problem is that it went into wrong DIT. </div><div><br>
</div><div style>Because my smb.conf was defined like this,</div><div style><br></div><div style><div> security = user</div><div> ldap password sync = Yes</div><div> passdb backend = ldapsam:ldap://<a href="http://intra.fastudios.in">intra.fastudios.in</a></div>
<div> ldap admin dn = cn=Directory Manager</div><div> ldap suffix = dc=intra,dc=fastudios,dc=in</div><div> ldap user suffix = ou=People</div><div> ldap machine suffix = ou=Computers</div><div>
ldap group suffix ou=Groups</div><div> ldap ssl = no</div><div><br></div><div style>As per above configuration, machine suffix should be "Computers" but in my case it is like this,</div><div style>
