The fact that Red Hat pays for this legal advice, in some ways is a
way for Red Hat to protect their behinds, but is also in some ways a
service to the community.  You're right, we shouldn't abuse it or take
advantage of it unfairly.

But what criteria will the board use, (speaking theoretically of
course) to cull the list?
