That's great! welcome to Fedora - thrilled to have you here and
wanting to get things done.
You need no blessing or special sanction to get things done - just go
do it. - no need to wait a few days, feel free to fire off that
infrastructure ticket now.
Don't hesitate to ask for help, we're happy to give it. (and probably
to help you choose a nice color for your bikeshed too :) )
