Not really, no idea, but I think it's still perfectly fine to refer to / 
consult that group. (I personally would really not like it to be a giant 
bureaucratic process to "renew the charter" and all that.)

Our meetings were always fairly ad-hoc/on-demand/situation-based; if 
there's a situation, feel free to mail the list or consult one of the 
members.
