We can go around in circles of endlessly making hypothetical &#39;what if there are legal issues&#39; and &#39;what if there is technical problems&#39; &#39;gotcha&#39; questions. I spoke with both the legal team and the technical experts before even sending out this proposal and they where convinced that we would be able to find solutions to whatever issues there are here.<br>
</blockquote><div><br></div><div>These aren&#39;t gotcha questions and characterizing them as such is offensive.  These are real concerns and you should treat them with care.  A proposal needs to be sold on its merits.  If the answer amounts to we have convinced ourselves within a small team from offline conversations that the rest of the contributors are not involved in and you just have to trust us, then it is less likely to yield the results you expect it to have. <br>
