[Ambassadors] Monthly ambassadors meeting EMEA

Hi all,

The FAD EMEA 2007 [1] is over.  Yesterday, we agreed that the meeting
time should be later in the evening than 19.00 UTC.  The new time is
20.00 UTC (local time is 21.00 during the winter and 22.00 during the
summer)

Thomas Canniot will send a reminder.  Just to inform you, the first
meeting will take place at December 12th, 2007 [3].

If you don't live in the EMEA area you are welcome to join, too.  The
meetings will be open for everybody but the focus will be on topics of
this specific area.
