I just read over this and susmit has created a far more succinct
"checklist" version of my 'formy' email with a few additions.
I really like this.
My additions are requiring people to subscribe to f-a-b and reading
two additional texts.

I also like the firm time limit, though I have been reticient to apply
such firm limits.
