[Ambassadors] EMEA Release Events

I noticed that we have not much Release Events listed under

on https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/F13_release_events#EMEA

i know that some of you will have Release Events not listed here - it
would be great if we can collect the Events and the Reports so we have a
great summary of our "global" work in the end!
