The people in the Marketing list at least are aware of this. And when
"rock it" was selected, I was one of the persons which pointed out the
association of negative points, and that's why the Marketing List issued
a special communication to artists and translators with a set of
guidelines that would provide a background context for "rock it" to be
used, to avoid rushing into wrong interpretations like "stonings" -

local cultures worldwide, specially in the EMEA Zone (Middle East).

As a Marketing Professional, I should point this things out, if people
follow or not, that's not my call.
