[Ambassadors] When is the best time to mirror?

Dear all, 

I am maintaining a Fedora mirror in Vietnam (virror.hanoilug.org). 
The HDD is limit so I can mirror only the latest stable releases, updates, patches. 

Anyone can tell me when is the best time to remove Fedora 11 and make mirror the new Fedora 13? Now or wait for the final release?
