First, it's not *I* who is having issues, i'm talking on the behalf of
our *users* as a proxy.

Then, here's an use case:
average joe/jane goes to http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora and
want to download brand new fedora, then they are 3 clicks-distant (or
2 if they are smarter than a monkey ass) from torrent downloads
instead of one click before.

IRL, people have issues finding torrents from that damn page, and keep
bugging us about it, either our users are freakin' idiots, or that
page has usability issues.
If nobody cares about usability, that's fine with me, the previous
page (now http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-all) is less shiny
than the new one but at least it is idiot-proof.

PS: next time, i'll just shut my trap when users complain about
usability problems.
