[Ambassadors] FAmSCo Elections - Town Hall

Greetings!

It's time for the election Town Halls (somewhere Nov 13-19), and I've
offered to help get them going. A few questions:

- Is there a town hall organizer for FAmSCo yet? If not, anyone
interested?

- Is there anything I can do to help?

Although the wiki page suggests two Town Halls, it's been suggested that
we hold just one per group due to low attendance, scheduling challenges,
and the fact that the logs are posted for everyone to see.
