[Ambassadors] FAmSCo Townhall time and call for volunteers.

Hi All,

We will have two FAmSCo townhall meetings to accommodate all candidates.

As per the standard practice:

 * Everyone should join #fedora-townhall on FreeNode
(irc.freenode.net). Only candidates and a moderator may speak in this
channel.
 * Non-candidates should also join #fedora-townhall-public on FreeNode
(irc.freenode.net). Direct your questions for the candidates to the
moderator here.

The first one is on 16th Nov, 1600 UTC.
The second one is 19th Nov, 1000 UTC,

We also need someone to volunteer as a moderator of the second townhall.
