[Ambassadors] Fedora 15 release party series in Vietnam report

As announcing in Fedora 15 Release Party events wiki [1], the
series of Fedora 15 release party in Vietnam (Hanoi-Hue-HCMC)
has been done successfully.

I am happy to show you the series of reports for all three
parties: Hanoi [2], Hue [3] and Ho Chi Minh city [4].
