[Ambassadors] Regarding the situation with reimbursements with in APAC

So far, Joerg is the right person for the reimbursement process. He
responded quickly and effectively. But for the long term, we still need
someone from APAC to hold RH CC. I have no problem with anyone, as long as that
person can be easily contacted and responds quickly. Joerg is great example.

Agree. Some of us complained about the attachment size limit on tickets.
Currently the attachment size limit is 256 KB. Maybe if the attachment size
limit to 1 MB. We do not need too much to compress attachments. So the quality
of the attachment will be better and certainly can be more easily read. In
addition, we will also improve the method of scanning the document to make
it more readable.Thanks for let me know :)
