[Ambassadors] FAmSCo meeting minutes 2015-04-07

We had a really short meeting because only 2 members showed up.
Basically, the only thing we discussed was that we complete the first
"ambassador inaction" process. After that, we have ~540 out of 733
ambassadors who showed some activity in the last 18 months. The rest is
or will be flagged as inactive.
