[Ambassadors] How to measure the effects of Fedora release parties

Hi folks,

During today meeting [1], an issue has been raised in APAC regional
community about how we can measure the effects of Fedora release
parties.
We have no ideas up to now so I would like to raise this up globally
for brainstorming.
Hope you can share your ideas or experience then we can form all up
to a set of basic metrics.
