</div>The Marketing team ran a slogan collection process, but didn't come up<br>
with anything that met with consensus and approval from the team. At<br>
the same time, though, the team realized the release slogan was used<br>
in one place only: the main <a href="http://fedoraproject.org" target="_blank">fedoraproject.org</a> web page. As a result<br>
of the web page redesign, there was really no longer a need for a<br>
slogan -- or at least not a pressing one. IIRC the issue of whether<br>
we should have one in the future is still open, and I believe the team<br>
simply decided to conserve time and energy by not pursuing a slogan<br>
for F14 further, given the circumstances.<br>
