change your biography, please let us know. Pictures , Twitter id's and<br>
other links are also welcome. If you have any preferences regarding the<br>
schedule, or need any specific tools during your presentation, or other<br>
help in accommodation, please let us know so we can try to help you out as<br>
soon as possible ! Please also let us know your T-Shirt size.<br>

Loadays offers up to 2 day of hotel accommodation to it's international<br>
speakers. Please confirm us, if you would like us to make room<br>
reservations for the event, and for which days. Any additional nights can<br>
be arranged at the same conditions we have, please email.<br>

We are hosting a speaker dinner on the Friday evening before the event,<br>
please let us know if you would join us that evening and if you have any<br>
specific food requirements.<br>

On both Saturday and Sunday there will be Breakfast available at the<br>
conference site for the speakers and the Loadays crew. We will also<br>
provide you with drinks and a sandwich lunch and you are welcome to join<br>
us for the pizza party on Saturday evening.<br>

You may expect a more detailed mail with exact details on the dinner and<br>
accommodation as we get closer to the event !<br>

However please verify your talk details as soon as possible and confirm<br>
your requirements for the speaker dinner and hotel nights as soon as<br>
