 There will be an outage starting at 2012-12-07 15:00 UTC, which will
 last approximately 1 hour.

 Reason for outage:

 We are migrating some of our backend storage to a new filer. Downtime
 should be short as we will just need to stop services, mount the new
 storage and restart services. During the outage, rsync and http
 downloads will not be possible from our master mirror, as well as wiki
 edits.
