 There will be an outage starting at 2013-04-26 19:00 UTC, which will

 Reason for outage:

 We are moving fedorahosted.org to another datacenter to allow for
 additional resources to be allocated to it. This should help decrease
 load times and increase general availability.

 In addition, we are going to also switch all trac projects to use
 fedora- openid instead of a direct connection for authentication.
