[fedora-arm] cpuspeed and power management on ARM

Hi,

Can somebody point me in the direction of any documentation on how the 
CPU power management works on the ARM from the clock speed throttling 
when idle point of view? I notice there is no cpuspeed package available.

On x86 there is acpi-cpufreq and the different governors (ondemand, 
conservative). Is there something equivalent available on the ARM?
