It's awaiting the F-18 branch to re-open again. There's some package
breakages for secondary arches in updates-testing we're waiting to be
tagged into f18 which is causing blockages.

By the look of the logs see the above about blocked package fixes.

Like most build issues they will settle out when mainline reopens.
AFAICT all the issues we're currently aware of have fixes already
queued in mainline updates. We usually have these issues around the
major upstream branch freeze points.
