A packaging update...

on a pure F-18/rawhide status update. We're going quite well biggest
problem currently is [1]. Current rawhide stats are as follows (non
inherited, pure rawhide builds):

statistics: {'older': 475, 'local_only': 3, 'remote_only': 352,
'same': 4345, 'newer': 3, 'total_missing_builds': 734}

so we have around 475 builds that have older f18 builds and about 352
f18 mainline builds that haven't built on arm. We're catching up.
