[fedora-arm] Highbank kernel test with qemu

With the -smp 4, the kernel started, but I got this:

Error: unrecognized/unsupported processor variant (0x2033dd00).

The kernel works if the smp option is not used (set to 1, I think). I also
noticed the boot process was extremely slow.
