O darn, so it does use java indirectly to generate the documentation. I
don't think that is the problem though. The problem seems to be that on
other arches java packages get compiled with a 1.7 compiler and the 1.6
java available on arm doesn't understand the new byte code. hmmm.

So, to get this through maybe we should disable the %global
with_publican for arm for now?
