[fedora-arm] A new Koji instance is currently being tested at Seneca :)

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to post an update of our status here at Seneca. We are still working on a final F17v5 rasp pi release
because we still need to update & recompile the related kernel to extend some of its capabilities and we are
still working on making sure that the educational packages at least work before we ship. The release should be
arriving shortly tho. On another note, our team here has setup another Koji instance where we are building v6hl
in hopes of experimenting with an even faster rasp pi image in the future. The new Koji url can be found here:
