[fedora-arm] USB OTG support on Allwinner?

I am running the Fedora-Minimal-armhfp-21-20140815 build on my 
Cubieboard2, so tell me if this has been fixed and I missed it, but...

Testing with a USB drive on the USB/OTG port nothing happens.  It is 
recognized on a regular USB port.

on http://linux-sunxi.org/Linux_mainlining_effort, I see a comment from 
10 months ago that OTG needs more work.
