I don't mind following up on this, but I'm curious what the preference
would be. Should Fedora ARM have it's own "namespace" or should it
just be a repository within the Fedora namespace on the hub?

Ie.

FROM feodra/armhfp

vs

FROM fedora-arm

In a Dockerfile.
