[fedora-arm] Initial Fedora 22 Installation page created

Good day all, 

As per our discussion last week, I created the initial installation page for 
Fedora 22[1]. This is a copy of F21, with the release changed. Hardware support
status has not yet been created. Lots of work needed, but this gives us somewhere
to start on it.
