 What the badge should be granted for:
 The non-LATAM people who has survived a Fedora Event (right now FUDCon)
 where Luis Bazan (fas: lbazan) have attended. This badge will be manual
 and granted by Luis Bazan himself.

 Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
 You survived to Luis Bazán (lbazan). Way to go!

 Anything else we need to know:
 This badge is similar to badges like "Dancing with Toshio!". Bazan is good
 guy (contributes on the Fedora Project) but makes the people have a lot of
 fun on Fedora events. Example of people who should have this badges are
 jsmith, ausil, robyduck, abadger, toshio, spot, rbergero (among others).
