Comment:

 We have done a thing kind of like this, not for just living in a country,
 but for contributing to some country-specific Fedora thing.  Take these
 two badges for example:

 https://badges.fedoraproject.org/badge/fedora-ni-author

 I think I'm against having badges for all of the many countries in the
 world.  That's a lot of work for the artists for something that doesn't
 necessarily encourage any constructive behaviors.  But, if you have a
 specific GB related thing to reward people for participating in, please
 open a ticket for that -- that would be cool.  :)
