 I'd rather not override the design team on this.

 Creating the qrcode is easy.  Once the badge is created, I authorized
 pravins and pnemade to have rights to generate qrcodes for it.  Then,
 there is simply a link in the web interface for you.  You click it, and
 get a png that you can then print out or embed on a flyer, etc..
