 This is a great start!

 I think that it could use a few small adjustments to fit the aesthetics of
 Fedora Badges.

 We avoid making plain black objects when possible(though a few have snuck
 in), perhaps try making it dark grey with a black stroke, or black with a
 dark grey stroke. You could even make it in all variations of grey, or
 even Fedora colors! I think the screen of the cell phone should be a
 light, and it might look nice with a gradient to white. The 'button'
 should follow the color pallet you choose. The yellow is sticking out to
 me a bit.

 I like the tilted composition, but I think its slightly too tilted to the
 right. Try different degrees of rotation.
