[Fedora-Bangladesh] Please give me a solution

Go to System> Preference> Internet and Network> Network Connections. Now if
you use a static LAN connection click Add from the Wired Tab. Now go to IPv4
Settings. Change the Method to Manual. Now click Add. Write your IP,
Netmask, Gateway and DNS Servers. Then click Apply. Now from the Panel, left
click on your network icon and select the newly created connection. This
should work. If it doesn´t, let me know, there has another way.

Yes. The Network Configuration> Ethernet Device dialog is buggy. Update your
system. It will fix the bug for sure.
