[PATCH] - cli usability: rebuildcache implies autocache

Here is a two line patch to increase usability/user-friendliness of
cmdline. 

Currently the --rebuildcache option doesn't do anything by itself, you
have to specify both --autocache and --rebuildcache. With this patch,
--rebuildcache will automatically turn on autocache.
