I'd like to know the setup as well. However, I would not suggest this 
method to anybody; Since:
*) It might produce lots of load on RHN - even if it shouldn't worry me :-)
*) It might not be a very fast setup
*) There's no failover; And from time to time RHN simply doesn't work...

However, I guess it's not directly pulling from RHN, but instead 
creating a local 'cache' using mrepo or similar, right!? I used to have 
such a setup in my old company.
