can't add a second kojibuilder host,

Any hosts in createrepo channel require filesystem access
via nfs or whatever to /mnt/koji

Hosts not in createrepo do not need this file level access and
can do builds... As I understand it, never actually tried due to never
needed more than one host for everything.
